Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has beautiful, comfy, and quiet rooms but is located at the opposite end of the floor looking over a construction site. The service is incredible, especially from Guest Relationship Manager Laureen Debrosse and other staff members. The location is conveniently close to various attractions but can be a bit busy with an imperfect layout. The dining experience was good overall, with some limitations. Fantastic facilities are available, making the stay enjoyable.
I was filled with sunshine in central Paris! The hotel consists of a huge living/sitting area with a guest bathroom on the first floor and a cozy bedroom area with a Master bathroom on the second floor. It was very beautiful and comfortable. However, the room was very small and dark, plus they wanted to charge €10 for a 330ml bottle of water in the fridge.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-organized, although it felt slightly cramped due to the ongoing construction next door. The service was top-notch, especially with the attentive customer service manager. The location was perfect for exploring Paris, with convenient access to shopping and sightseeing. The dining experience was superb, thanks to Mr Joel and his team, although our early breakfast arrival was a bit disappointing. The facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms are spacious, extraordinarily comfortable, and beautiful, with an extremely comfortable bed, lovely linen, and pillows. However, being next to a triple service lift did get a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, very nice, and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location couldn't be better, just superb, within walking distance to iconic places, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience, although not on par with the hotel's prestige, was still enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff and a superb location.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right next to the metro and a short walk from the Seine, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. On the downside, the room I got was small with no view, definitely not what I expected for a honeymoon stay in a supposedly 5-star hotel.
The Junior Suite I stayed in was nice but could use more storage space. It faced the inner-courtyard and was ready after the check-in time, which was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel had very small and dark rooms with limited storage space, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for shopping and exploring Paris, though the dining experience was average. Overall, a great hotel in a superb location.
The hotel has a charming decor with beautiful art pieces, but the rooms are small with low ceilings and lacked A/C upon arrival. The service was exceptional and always eager to assist, from booking dinners to providing helpful recommendations. The location is superb, within minutes of main attractions, though maintenance could be improved. The dining experience was top-notch, particularly the breakfast with real fresh orange juice. Overall, a mixed experience with great service and location, hindered by room size and maintenance issues.
